Methods: in our hospital in 2008 January ～ 2011 January, 84 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma patients. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group to give budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization treatment, the control group was given routine treatment. Two groups were observed in patients with the clinical symptoms and sig of change. Results: in the observation group 30 cases clinical control, improved in 10 cases, the total effective rate was %; the control group with 14 cases of clinical control, improved in 18 cases, the total effective rate was %, compared with a significant statistical difference (P). Display: comparison of observed in the group of patients the symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time comparing to control group, was significantly reduced, both between have a significant statistical difference (P).
