Methods 45 Sprague-Dawley(SD) male rats were randomly divided into normal group，hypoxic group，WZYZD group, high-dose YJZZD group and low-dose YJZZD group. The hypoxic group，WZYZD group, and large-dose YJZZD group and low-dose YJZZD group were raised in a hypobaric chamber simulating 5000 m altitude for four weeks respectively,and then observed the improvement of general seminal paramete and sex Compared to normal group,hypoxic group had significantly decreased in the sperm deity,motility and viability（P）,and a significant increase in sperm deformity（P）,a significant decrease in LH and T（P）. Compared to hypoxic group,WZYZD group,large-dose YJZZD group,low-dose YJZZD group had significantly increase in the sperm deity,motility and viability（P）,a significant decrease in sperm deformity（P）,and a significant increase in LH and T（P）. There was statistic significance(P）in high-dose YJZZD group compared with WZYZD YJZZD and WZYZD might all ameliorate reproduction in hypoxia male rats,and YJZZD had better effect. Key words:traditional Chinese medicine;Yangjing Zhongzi decoction;Wuzi Yanzong decoction，plateau;reproductive function 高原环境对男性生殖功能有抑制作用，主要原因是由高原缺氧引起的，一方面是直接作用于生殖细胞，引起生殖能力低下；另一方面则作用于生殖内分泌系统，间接影响生殖能力［1］。本实验利用动物高原缺氧模型评价临床验方养精种子汤的效果，并设五子衍宗汤作为阳性 治疗 对照，探讨其作用机制，以期为相关研究及临床工作提供实验依据。 1 材料与方法 实验动物 成年健康雄性SD大鼠45只，体质量180～210 g，购自第三军医大学动物实验中心,许可证号：渝，符合SPF级标准。常规饲养1周后使用。 药物与试剂 养精种子汤(由黄芪、熟地、山萸肉、菟丝子、枸杞子、肉苁蓉、桑葚、仙茅、仙灵脾、丹参、陈皮、茯苓组成)。五子衍宗汤(由枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子组成)。以上中药均购自第三军医大学西南 医院 。将上述药材按2005年版 中国 药典标准制成煎剂，五子衍宗汤每毫升含生药2 g，养精种子汤每毫升含生药2 g。人促卵泡生成激素放射免疫分析试剂盒、睾酮放射免疫分析试剂盒、人促黄体生成激素放射免疫分析试剂盒均购自北京北方生物
