Methods Rat model of alcoholic liver disease was induced by the freely drinking and perfusing stomach with alcohol .The rats were intragastric administratered in fit with a special amount of alcohol receiving alcohol drinking water as the sole source of liquid. The alcohol concentration was increased from 40%( alcohol /water: v/v)to 45% and to a final concentration of 50% for 4,4,2 weeks by a tube everyday .Then the modal group drank alcohol freely from the 11th week .In the control group, rats were intragastric administratered with equal in early 10 weeks,and drunk water freely from the 11th week. After 12 weeks, almandine aminotraferase (ALT), aspartateaminotraferase(AST), albumin(ALB),albumiglobulin(A/G) of rats drinking and perfusing stomach with alcohol were detected and were compared with those of the control t -test for comparative method of two sample mea. And the liver tissues were observed both in light microscope（LM） and electron microscope（EM）. Results After 12 weeks, AST of rats drinking and perfusing stomach with alcohol were increased, ALB and A/G were decreased, compared with those of the normal rats, and alcohol hepatitis were aggravated and fibrosis were observed in pathology and ultrastucture.
