PAGE PAGE 22 我国行业收入差距的统计分析 摘要：自改革开放以来，中国的经济得到了快速地发展，但是行业之间的收入差距却日益增大，所以如何衡量行业收入差距以及哪些因素影响行业收入差距越来越受到人们的重视。合理的行业收入差距不仅可以体现公平，同样也能对效率的提高起促进作用，更有利于我国消费结构的调整和优化。本文在现有文献研究的基础上首先介绍了泰尔指数、回归分析等相关概念。通过泰尔指数的值的变大趋势来说明我国近年来行业的收入差距是呈逐渐增大的，并对不同行业内部收入差距的大小做了描述性的统计分析。最后利用2004-2013年的各行业从业人员的平均收入以及其他相关因素的数据，采取多元回归模型对行业收入差距进行实证分析，结果证实行业的垄断、外商投资、行业生产效率、总投资以及人力资本的差值越大，则我国行业收入差距越大，即这些因素与行业收入差距是正向关系，并据此结论，对如何缩小我国行业收入差距提出了相应的建议。 关键词：泰尔指数描述性分析回归分析多元回归 Statistical analysis of the income gap in the industry in China Abstract: Since reform and opening up, China has obtained the rapid economic development, but industry increasingly widening income gap between. Not only embodies fair reasonable industry income gap, and can also be for promoting effect to the improvement of the efficiency, more conducive to Chinas consumption structure adjustment and optimization. In the existing literature on the basis of the study, this article first introduces the Theil index, regression analysis and other related concepts. By calculating the Theil index value of change to illustrate the income gap of industry of our country in recent years is a trend of gradual increase in the size of the income gap and the different industry made a descriptive statistical analysis. The use of 2004-2013 industry professionals of average income as well as other relevant data, take the multiple regression model to empirical analysis of industry income gap, between study industry monopoly, foreign investment, industry production efficiency, and the greater the difference of human capital, the industry in our country, the greater the income gap is the positive correlation between the factors of industry income gap, and on this basis, on how to narrow the income gap in the industry in China put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
