山东科技大学 工程量清单模式下企业投标报价问题的研究摘要 当前建筑业的竞争非常激烈，采用工程量清单报价可以解决大多施工企业没有 自己的企业定额和价格信息库的现状。本文以工程量清单模式下的投标报价活 动为研究对象，就工程量清单计价进行相关研究，探讨了投标报价的形成过程 以及影响因素。同时就工程成本的组成与特性进行分析，提出工程量清单计价 下投标报价的影响因素以及风险。 本文采用模糊分析法，在案例中以投标企业的角度进行报价利润率的确定，并 就报价策略和技巧进行探讨，希望为工程量清单在企业投标报价中的应用提供 一定理论依据，也为各企业在投标报价实际工作中带来帮助。 关键词：工程量清单，投标企业，报价问题，模糊分析法 Abstract The curre nt con structi on in dustry competiti on is fierce, using bill of qua ntities quotati on can solve most of the con structi on en terprise does not have its own en terprise quota and price in formati on database of the status quo. In this paper, un der the mode of pric ing by bill of qua ntities biddi ng quotati on activities as the research object, research regard ing the bill of qua ntities valuati on, discusses the form ing process and affect ing factors of the tender offer. The composition and characteristics of the project cost an alysis, proposed the in flue nee factors of ten der offer un der the bill of qua ntities valuatio n, and risk. The article uses the fuzzy analysis in case in the angle of bidding en terprise offer the determ in ati on of profit margins, and discussesits biddi ng strategies and skills, hope for the bill of qua ntities in en terprises to provide certa in theory basis for the applicati on of the ten der offer, also for the en terprises in the ten der offer help in practical work.
