PAGE PAGE 29 医院门诊管理系统的设计与实现 摘要：随着我国医疗卫生体制的改革，计算机技术的应用及发展，信息化的管理方式已成为医院加强管理，提高效益的重大举措。将现代网络技术充分运用到医院门诊管理系统中，加快对信息技术的开发与利用，是当今社会医院管理的迫切需要。 以医院门诊管理系统为研究对象，通过可行性研究、需求分析、系统概要设计、系统详细设计说明以及系统测试等章节对系统进行分析与设计，旨在减轻管理人员的负担，为病人节约时间，可以更快的进行治疗，提高了医务人员的工作效率，为患者创造理想的就医条件。 在技术方面，遵循MVC设计思想，采用JSP+Servlet开发技术，选用SSH框架并结合MySQL数据库技术。在功能方面，主要分为系统管理员、挂号收费处、检查化验处、医生和病人等功能模块。用户登陆后进入不同的界面，实现不同的功能。系统管理员主要负责对用户、科室和药品等信息的管理；挂号收费处模块负责门诊挂号管理的各项收费管理；医生模块负责诊断、开检查单以及开处方的管理；病人模块则包括对病例、化验单和处方单的查询。医院门诊管理系统的实现，不仅减轻了医务人员的工作量，而且还避免了在录入数据时出现的数据流失，重复录入等各种错误情况，使得医院门诊的管理变得更加高效和便捷。 关键词：管理系统；JSP+Servlet开发技术；MySQL数据库 Design and Implementation of Hospital Outpatient Management System Abstract: With the reform of Chinas health system, application and development of computer technology, information management has become the important measure to strengthen hospital management and improve efficiency.It is an urgent need to accelerate the development and utilization of information technology in the hospital outpatient management system by using modern network technology. Taking the hospital outpatient management system as the research object,through the feasibility study, requirement analysis, system outline design, system detailed design description ,system test and so on to carry out the analysis and design of the system, aimed at reducing the burden of management personnel, saving the time of patients, operating the treatment faster, improving the working efficiency of the medical staff,and creating the ideal conditions for medical patients. In the technical aspects, following the MVC design ideas, using JSP+Servlet development technology, using SSH framework and MySQL database technology.In function, the system is mainly divided into administrators, registration fees, inspection and testing department, doctors and patients and other functional modules.The users can come into the different interface, to realize different functions.The system administrator is responsible for the management of the information of us
