PAGE PAGE 21 野菊花提取物群体感应中的研究 摘要 医学发展不断前进，在改善医疗条件的同时也导致了细菌耐药性问题日趋严重，细菌耐药性将造成治疗代价增大以及治疗难度增大。种种数据研究表示，细菌群体之间的特殊感应，又称群体感应（quorum sensing．QS），是细菌耐药性的主要原因之一。群体感应的研究成为新型药物研究的切入点，所以传统中医药材的研究也为抑制菌种群体感应提供了研究方向。以野菊花为对象，通过乙醇厚萃取，浓缩得到粗提物。以紫杆菌CV026为生测菌初步检测野菊花提取物的群体感应抑制活性。在此基础上进一步考察了其对条件致病菌铜绿色假单胞菌群体感应的抑制作用。野菊花提取物具有显著的群体感应抑制作用，可显著抑制铜绿色假单胞菌各毒力因子的表达。野菊花提取物对群群体感应有明显的抑制作用，表明野菊花不仅具有传统中药的药用功效，同时能明显阻碍菌体群体感应，具有作为新型药物研究的潜力。 关键词： 野菊花紫色杆菌铜绿假单胞菌群体感应群体感应抑制剂 Abstract With the advance of the medicine development, the bacterial resistance is increasingly serious. The bacterial resistance will result in the increase of the treatment cost and the difficulty of the treatment. A variety of data and researches have shown that the special induction between the quorums of bacteria, quorum sensing, be one of the leading causes in bacterial drug resistance. The research on the quorum sensing is the entry point of new drug research. Therefore, the research on the traditional Chinese medicines provides a research direction for the inhibition of bacterial quorum sensing. Ethanol extract of Dendranthema indicum was prepared and investigated its quorum quenching activity, using Chromobacterium violaceum CV026 as an indicator in bioassay test. And then the quorum quenching activities were further tested and identified in term of inhibiting virulence factors biosysnthesis in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The extract of Dendranthema indicum has the significant activities of quorum quenching, can inhibit virulence factors biosysnthesis in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The extract of wild chrysanthemum has obvious inhibitory effect on the bacterial quorum sensing. It suggested that wild chrysanthemum not only has the medicinal effect of traditional medicine but also can obviously prevent bacteria quorum sensing, which has the condition of being as a new drug.
