ResultsExpression of TLR2 mRNA of the patients was higher than that of the controls (t=,P＜). There was no significant difference in the expression of TLR2 mRNA between guttate and plaque psoriatic patients (t=,P＞). The positive rate of ASO in the patients was higher than that of the controls (χ2=,P＜); and the ASO positive rate in guttate patients was higher than that in plaque psoriatic patients (χ2=,P＜). Level of IL8 in psoriatic patients was higher than that controls (t=,P＜); there was no significant difference between guttate and plaque psoriatic patients (t=,P＞). The expression of TLR2 mRNA in psoriatic patients with positive ASO was higher than that in patients with negetive ASO (t=,P＜); the expressio of TLR2 mRNA and IL8 in psoriatic patients had a positive correlation (r=, P＜).
