沈阳市皇姑区退休居民个人理财方式调查分析 摘要 近几十年，我国经济发展迅速，国民可支配收改稳步增长，国民理财意愿不断提升, 国民投资理财活动已经成为国家经济活动中不町缺少的一部分。投资理财不仅可以使个 人获得消费资金，还可以获得经营性资金，筹集资金的方式有股票投资、债券投资以及 各类金融投资项目。从2000年以来，我国人口老龄化，以不可逆转的方式逐步增加， 基于以上种种原因，退休居民消费，理财等问题与中国经济结构密切相关。 本文分析了以下问题，退休居民理财投资的经济来源，退休居民理财投资目的，退 休居民理财投资的主要目标等，分析了退休居民关于关于资金管理回报，未来理财投资 准备和风险行为等方面以及其身边亲朋好友对其理财投资的影响。结果表明，越来越多 的退休居民有理财投资意向并准备进行理财投资，但是由于缺乏投资经验，针对性产品, 以及对金融市场的认识不足，大多数退休居民是盲目的在选择金融投资方式。此外，社 会公共机构对退休理财投资的培训和管理极少（除从事金融行业人员），这也许会导致 退休居民无法回避风险，并在财务上有一些隐患。 关键词：沈阳市皇姑区退休居民；理财投资；理财产品；理财方式 Abstract In recent decades, my countrys economy has developed rapidly, the reform of national disposable income has grown steadily, and the willingness of national financial management has been continuously improved. National investment and financial management activities have become an indispensable part of national economic activities. Investment and financial management can not only enable individuals to obtain consumption funds, but also obtain operating funds. Fund-raising methods include stock investment, bond investment and various financial investment projects. Since 2000, my countrys population has been aging and has gradually increased in an irreversible manner. Based on the above-mentioned reasons, issues such as consumption and financial management of retired residents are closely related to Chinas economic structure. This paper analyzes the following problems, retired residents economy source of financial investment, retired residents finance investment purposes, retired residents such as the main goal of the financial investment, analyzes the retired residents about money management, return the future financial investment preparation and risk behavior, etc and its relatives and friends around on its financial investment.
