摘要 随着经济全球化的加速发展，金融证券化、金融电子化、利率市场化等不断变化的 经营和摘利对传统金融行业造巨大的影响，而作为金融业主体的上市商业银行，必须对 自身的银行风险和财务风险有一定的认知，并且能够很好地自我调节，找出应对这些变 化的良好对策。 本文以我国九个银行为研究分析目标，文章的一开始就是对上市商业银行的财务风 险进行简单的识别分类，接下来就分析了当下我国这些上市商业银行会面临的挑战，还 有它们己经出现的一些风险管理方面的问题，结合我国上市商业银行财务风险的实际情 况，从四个方面对我国的中行、工行、建行、农行、交行、平安、浦发、招商、光大这 九个上市商业银行进行相关的财务指标分析，最后根据上市商业银行目前的风险状况从 风险管理、流动性和信贷管理、专业人员素质和业务扩展这四个方面提出了几点建议, 希望可以对上市商业银行的财务风险管理有所帮助。 关键词 上市商业银行；财务风险：风险管理 Abstract With the accelerated development of economic globalization, the ever-changing operations and profits of financial securitization, financial electronicization, and interest rate liberalization have had a huge impact on the traditional financial industry. Sonic of the risk management issues, combined with the actual situation of the financial risks of listed commercial banks in China, from the four aspects of BOC, ICBC, CCB, ABC, BCM, Ping An, SPD, CMB and CEB. Finally, this paper summarizes the risk status of listed commercial banks in China, including risk management, liquidity and credit management, professional quality and industry.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the four aspects of business expansion, hoping to be helpful to the financial risk management of listed commercial banks.
