合作化与新农合时期医患关系的比较研究 摘要 在新型农村合作制度建立以来，我国的农村医疗卫生事业取得了不少的进步。但同时我们应看到，尽管医疗技术越来越发达，但医患关系却趋于恶化。针对这一现象，本文采取深度访谈法，对我国不同时期的农村医生和村民进行了访谈，将农村医疗制度的变革分为传统合作医疗时期、传统向新农合过渡时期以及新农合时期，针对这三个时期医患关系的特点和成因做了对比研究，并得出了制度的变革对农村医患关系的影响，最后，提出了改善新型农村合作医疗制度下医患关系的途径。 关键词：新农合；传统合作医疗制度；医患关系 A comparative study on the relationship between doctors and patients in the process of cooperation and the new rural cooperative medical system Sociology 13-1 liangyezi Supervisor lijie Abstract With the development of medical technology and the improvement of medical staffs professional quality, the relationship between doctors and patien
