At the same time， people have higher and higher requirements for the design of each system in civil buildings. HVAC system is an important system in civil buildings. Its design level directly affects the internal air environment and comfort level of civil buildings. In recent years， with the in-depth implementation of Chinas sustainable development strategy and the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection policies， higher requirements have been put forward for the energy-saving design of HVAC systems in civil buildings. Therefore， in the design of HVAC system in modern civil buildings， we should not only pay attention to its functional design， but also fully consider the problem of energy-saving design. This paper mainly discusses the energy-saving design measures of HVAC system in civil buildings， hoping to promote the progress and development of related work.　　Keywords： civil building; HVAC system; energy saving design measures　　自古以来，衣食住行都是人类生存的必备要素，而民用建筑正是其中的“住〞。现代人对民用建筑的要求已经不仅仅在于其的居住性能，对建筑的节能要求也特别之高。众所周知，建筑能耗在社会总能耗中占有很大比例，特殊是在有了暖通空调系统之后，现代民用建筑的能耗变得更高，在此背景下，对民用建筑暖通空调系统的节能设计提出了更高的要求。暖通空调系统的主要作用是为建筑室内调整温度，无论在夏季还是冬季，暖通空调系统的运行都需要消耗大量的能源，但通过对其进行有效的节能设计，可以在肯定程度上削减其能源消耗，以降低民用建筑的整体能耗，更好地满足我国的节能环保要求，以及促进建筑行业的可持续进展。以下就联系实际来谈谈民用建筑暖通空调系统节能设计措施，仅供参考。　　1 民用建筑暖通空调系统能耗较高的缘由　　1.1 缺乏统一的暖通空调系统节能设计标准　　现如今，随着科学技术的高速进展，暖通空调系统的性能参数也在不断更新，这使得其的设计方案日益多样化，但与此同时，不同的设计方案之间却照旧缺乏统一的设计标准。民用建筑暖通空调系统的节能设计需要肯定的标准，假如缺乏统一标准，则会导致在实际设计过程中只重视本钱而忽视性能与质量，最终导致所设计出来的暖通空調系统节能效果不达标及各方面性能都不过关。
