This SOW is governed by, incorporated into, and made part of the Professional Services Subcontract Agreement (Agreement) between Cisco and Subcontractor. This SOW defines the services and deliverables that Subcontractor shall provide to Cisco under the terms of the Agreement (“Services”). The terms of this SOW are limited to the scope of this SOW and shall not be applicable to any other SOWs, which may be executed and attached to the Agreement.
