Make use of programmable logic controller (PLC) to control stepper motor to drive the lift of seals of the hydraulic support eccentric loading test bench, in order to make the test bench meet the demand of eccentric loading. Using the Mitsubishi FX series PLC as an example, introduce the methods and principles and realization of lifting action. Introduction Stepper motors receive external electrical pulse signal and converts it to angular displacement or linear displacement. Its advantage is you can change the form and frequency of the pulse to realize the control of start and stop, speed and reversing. It’s widely used in precision control applications. Seals of the hydraulic support eccentric loading test bench is capable to accurately measure the measurement of seals and evaluate the performance and life of seals in simulated condition. The test requirements of eccentric loading in GB 25974.2-2010 coal mine hydraulic support Part 2:column and jack technical conditions need the test bench can go up and down. Overall Design of Test Bench The test bench is composed by tested cylinder bench, tested cylinder, driving cylinder bench, driving cylinder, stepper motor, T-steering gear, worm gear screw lift and rails. test bench structure diagram is shown in Figure 1.
