It has high status in academia and industry. Large Internet companies and software development companies are developing their own input method product. During all the Chinese pinyin input method, the SunPinyin input method is the best one which is open source. In this article, we choose SunPinyin as the kernel of the new Chinese pinyin input method on Windows. Based on this, we choose segmentation algorithm to analysis the historical record, which is the most important part of to implement the longest forecast Chinese pinyin input method based on historical record. Finally to make the target that promoting the efficiency of input method. We proposed evaluation system for Chinese input method based on keystroke count from the view of user experience.
