Methods Medical records of 60 patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed， and were assigned to the observation group. The healthy subjects with the same immunoglobulin were selected at the same time as the control group， with a total of 40 subjects. The patients were all diagnosed by immunofixation electrophoresis， and quantitative immunoglobulin of the two groups was tested at the same time， and was analyzed by Sieme BNII immunoassay analyzer. Results ①Among the 60 patients with multiple myeloma who were diagnosed by immunofixation electrophoresis， 54 patients were positive， with the accordance rate of 90%. ②There were statistically significant differences of IgA， IgG and IgM in the research group compared with those in the control group（）. Conclusion Application of immunofixation electrophoresis in the treatment of multiple myeloma has relatively higher diagnostic value and typing significance， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application。 [Key words] Immunofixation electrophoresis； Diagnosis； Typing； Multiple myeloma； Immunoglobulin 多发性骨髓瘤作为一种恶性肿瘤，可损坏骨髓造血功能，同时破坏骨质，主要在浆细胞中发生，有着克隆增殖性特征，集聚了大量的浆细胞，并产生单克隆免疫球蛋白[1]。临床中关于多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床诊断，主要是结合多发性骨髓瘤的分型特点，提高骨髓瘤的诊断准确率和分型准确率[2]。我院通过对多发性骨髓瘤患者应用免疫固定电泳技术进行诊断，有一定的价值发现，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 一般资料 回顾性分析我院于2015年5月～2016年5月收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤患者的病历资料，作为观察组，入选标准：①组织活检证明有浆细胞瘤或骨髓涂片检查：浆细胞30%，常伴有形态改变；②单克隆免疫球蛋白（M蛋白）：IgG35 g/L，IgA20 g/L，IgM15 g/L，IgD2 g/L
