Abstract:With the development of knowledge economy era, the competition of human resources has become the core factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Especially for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.The development and retention of talents urgently need to establish a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work, so as to better enhance the work efficiency of enterprises and promote the long-term development of enterprises. At present, more and more attention has been paid to the incentive problems in non-profit organizations such as the public sector, but the incentive problems for small and medium-sized enterprises have not received the same degree of attention. The research in this paper takes the staff of Guantian Textile Co., Ltd. as the investigation object, analyzes the existing problems in the incentive mechanism in the current situation of human resources management of Guantian Textile Co., Ltd., and discusses how to innovate the incentive measures of Guantian Textile Co., Ltd. to provide effective and feasible reference for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
