Ｈ公司业务流程再造优化研究 摘?要 ? 企业业务流程再造理论是?20?世纪?80?年代初起源于美国的一种企业管理思想。依照日本制造业全面质量管理(Total Quality Management)、精益生产(Lean Produce)、准时制生产(Just-In-Time)、零缺陷(Zero-Defect)等优秀管理经验的基础上发展起来的一种彻底而全面地变革企业经营管理的理论，其目标是提高企业自身的核心竞争力。?2000?质量管理体系标准中将流程定义为：“一组将输入转化为输出的相互关联或相互作用的活动”。 ? 伴随着我国经济的发展，第三方物流的快速发展和成熟使得市场竞争日益加剧，国内诸多企业将打破原有的单一物流运作模式，转而采用多样化的物流运作模式。这必将导致物流企业的业务流程产生巨大变化。鉴于此，本文将基于企业业务流程再造的相关理论，应用业务流程再造相关方法对企业业务流程再造与改进。主要包括业务流程再造的具体思想，方法及实施步骤等，文章从配送管理、仓储管理和信息管理等方面系统的分析了该公司业务流程的现状，找出其中存在的配送效率低、仓储布局规划不合理以及信息化水平落后等问题。结合?H?公司现状，对未来业务流程再造后产生的效益进行多方面综合分析评价并得出改进方向，从而优化设计出再造后的业务流程模型。 ? 关键词??????第三方物流；业务流程；流程再造 ?
