引言
什么叫职业生涯规划?从广义上来说,生涯即是指一个人的一生从始到终的
整个经历。而我们在职业方面所说的生涯,更多的是指狭义的生涯概念。从狭义
上来说,职业生涯规划是指个人发展与组织发展相结合,通过对职业生涯的主客
观因素分析、总结和测定,确定一个人的奋斗目标,并为实现这一事业职业目标,
而预先进行生涯系统安排的过程。在今天这个人才竞争的时代,职业生涯规划开
始成为在人争夺战中的另一重要利器。对企业而言,如何体现公司“以人为本” 的
