摘 要 摘 要 知识经济是世界经济发展的大趋势。中国在现实国情条件下，能不能发展知识 经济？如果能够，那么，怎样才能又好又快地发展知识经济？科学地回答这些根本问 题，具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本论文的主旨就在于解答这两个问题。 本论文通过厘清全球主要的发展知识经济的理论和实践的脉络，得出中国在现 实国情下能够发展知识经济的判断。基于经济地理学、空间经济学等科学理论提出并 论证了中国发展知识经济的“升岛成陆”方略，即通过行政区划制度创新，面向知识 经济调整经济发展的空间结构，让有条件的城市先行发展知识经济，将其构造成知识 经济中心城市并发挥带动作用，逐步实现中国整体的知识经济发展。 本论文从经济科学理论和资源科学理论中抉择出劳动价值论、知识价值论、新 经济增长理论、人力资本理论、新制度经济学和新发展经济学，作为中国发展知识经 济的基础理论；证明了知识价值 Y= k X n 的数学表达式，并综合而构建了基于知识创 新、人力资本和制度创新的理论框架（KHI ），认为从知识创新、人力资本和制度创 新三方面努力促进知识经济的发展是优选路径，并对中国发展知识经济中这三方面的 一些重要问题进行了探究，提出了自己的见解。 关键词：知识经济，升岛成陆，经济发展 i ii 发展中国知识经济的若干重要关系和战略抉择研究 Abstract Knowledge economy is the world economic developing trend. Can knowledge economy be developed in present China? How knowledge economy can be effectively developed? Answer these fundamental questions are of theoretic and realistic significance. The purpose of this dissertation is to answer these two questions. After analyzing in depth the main theories and experiences about knowledge economy worldwide, it is concluded that China can develop knowledge economy in present time. The dissertation presents and proves the strategy of “Raising islands becoming continents” on developing knowledge economy in China according to Economic Geography and Spatial Economics. From innovating institution of regionalism, adjusting the spatial structure of economy development oriented on knowledge economy to develop knowledge in some conditioned cities at first and make these cities as the core cities of knowledge economy and the role of driving, then develop knowledge economy in China as a whole.
