糖果包装机的设计 编号: 本 科 毕 业 设 计 题 目: 糖果扭结包装机方案分析及设计 学 院: 机电工程学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 年 级: xxx 姓 名: xxx 指导教师: xxx 完成日期: xxx 摘要 糖果包装机设计是典型的机械系统设计，它不仅包括机构的尺寸、强度设计，还包括了传动机械系统设计。本设计主要是针对糖果扭结式包装机的方案分析及接糖机构的设计，论文主要包括三方面:总体方案分析、接糖机构设计与皮带轮轴的设计。在总体方案中主要分析糖果的输入、折纸、扭结等功能，并对其各个机构的运动要求、结构设计及实现方式进行改进。例如在理糖过程中由于糖果包装机速度过快分隔糖内就会存在缺糖现象，针对这一现象设置一传感器来控制机构运动，从而解决了无糖不供纸的问题。同时对接糖机构进行了改进设计，由一个五杆机构，两个凸轮机构和一个偏心轮机构组合而成的综合机构替代以前的曲柄摇杆机构和滑块机构，提高了包装速度和糖果包装机的精度，取得了最佳的性能，降低了成本，缩短了设计与试制的周期。 关键词:糖果包装机;扭结;接糖机构; Design of candy packing machine Abstract Design of candy packing machine is a typical machine system design, it not only included the organizations size, strength design, including the design of the transmission system. This design is mainly aimed at the candy kink-style packaging machine program analysis and design of sugar mechanism, the paper mainly includes three aspects: the design of the overall scheme of analysis, then sugar mechanism design and the belt pulley.
