The high growth of the Chinese economy has been accelerated, where small and medium-sized companies have contributed a piece of the power, which is important to optimize capital structure, to make the market more efficient and to speed up better competition in the market. However,due to the lives of small and medium-sized companies, there is little ability to resist the risks of large companies.Therefore, there are many potential financial risks in the operation process of small and medium-sized enterprises, which have attracted everyones attention. This paper will take Jiesi Trading Co., Ltd. of Zhanjiang Development Zone as the research object, through analyzing the financial status of the company, and combining with relevant theories, to solve the financial risks, explain the reasons for the formation of risks, and put forward suggestions and opinions.Based on the basic theory of financial risk, this paper studies the financial risk of Jiesi Trading Co., Ltd. in Zhanjiang Development Zone by taking appropriate measures.
