Methods:Previous routine care quality management that implemented from January to June in 2012 were included as the control group，nuing quality management that carried out by the quality control grouping nuing quality management from July to December in 2012 were included as the experimental group. Every care quality indicator and satisfaction of patients before and after the implementation of GCNQC was compared. Results:The respoibility of nues and the nue care quality were enhanced after the implementation of grouping care quality control(P＜). The satisfaction of patients was also significantly improved. Conclusion:The satisfaction of patients was improved， the care quality was enhanced， the harmony of the doctor-patient relatiohip was also promoted after the Implementation of clinical nuing quality control。 Key wordsNuing quality control group；Quality of nuing；Degree of satisfaction 护理质量控制是医院管理的核心内容之一，同时也是护理管理工作的核心和重点内容，其内容涉及到护理工作的各个方面［1］。而护理质量的高低取决于护理质量管理方法的有效性，也依赖于护士的质量意识和质量监控组织的参与［2］。为了更好地推进临床护理工作，进一步落实优质护理服务，充分发挥各级护士在临床护理工作中的作用，切实提升护理质量，推动护理管理，稳定和激励护理队伍［3］，我科开展了护理小组质控考核，取得了较好的效果。现将方法报道如下。 1资料与方法 一般资料我科编制床位60张，开放床位80张。护士27名，年龄20~45岁。职称：主任护师1名，主管护师4名，护师7名，护士9名，助理护士5名，规培护士1名。学历：本科5名，大专22名。设护士长、主班及总务护士各1名，其余24名护士均安排在护理责任小组。实施临床护理分组质控前后护士人员无变动。 本研究所收集的病例来自于2012年1~12月在我院肾内科住院的患者120例，按实施护理分组质控的时间为临界点，2012年1~6月实施前组60例，男28例，女32例；平均年龄（56±11）岁。2012年7~12月实施后组60例，其中男31例，女29例；平均年龄（55±12）岁。两组患者性别、年龄等比较无统计学差异（P），具有可比
