Methods All 90 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into study group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）. Control group was recruited and assigned to routine nuing condition and patients in study group were recruited and assigned to Chinese and Western medicine combined with clinical pathway. The disease-related knowledge， satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in two groups were compared after a half of month. Results The study group was better than the control group in disease-related knowledge， and the difference was statistically significant （P＜）; The satisfaction of the study group was better than that in control group （%， %）， and there was statistically significant difference （P＜）; The quality of life in study group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The Chinese and Western medicine combined with clinical pathway has great help to pulmonary tuberculosis in undetanding of disease-related knowledge， improving patient quality of life and patient satisfaction.
