Methods All 75 patients with accidental injury in our hospital emergency department were randomly divided in two groups：the control group（37 cases） received routine emergency department care；observation group（38 cases） received psychological care on the bases of routine emergency department care. Observed the psychological of two groups before and after the intervention with emotional self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale score， patient satisfaction was surveyed with self care and job satisfaction survey. Results Compared with the control group after the intervention，anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower，there was significat difference between two groups（P＜）. Compared with the satisfaction rate of control group，the observation group was higher，the difference between the two groups was significant（P＜）. Conclusion The emergency patients are given psychological care on the bases of routine emergency care，their negative emotio such as anxiety and depression could be significantly alleviated，nuing satisfaction improves significantly and improves the care effect.
