For details on functions or operations, refer to the NC Analyzer2 Instruction Manual (IB-1501326). (2) Since settings described in this document are used for simplified adjustment and are performed in a stability-oriented manner, there are different settings from those described the Instruction Manual of the drive unit. (3) Adjustment without having an enough running-in or a cover may result in an incorrect adjustment. (4) For adjustment, it is essential to execute automatic operation (cycle start). (5) Beforehand, set the standard parameters for the spindle motor using NC Configurator2. (6) Make sure that #2013 (OT-), #2014 (OT+), etc. of the soft limit have been correctly set. (7) Since the adjustment causes axis movement and axis vibration, be careful of confirming safe conditions, machine interference, etc. (8) Complete the spindle assembly or bring it close to completion before adjusting the spindle.
