年产五万吨苯酐工艺流程设计 摘要 此次的设计目标是年产五万吨苯酐工艺流程。照目前的形势来看，工业上生产有两种苯酐原料路线，即萘沸腾床氧化法或者萘和邻二甲苯的混合原料固定床氧化，世界苯酐生产中以邻法固定床氧化技术为主。 该设计的苯酐生产工艺是以邻二甲苯为原料，经汽化后与过滤、净化后的空气经过压缩混合进入固定床反应器催化氧化生成粗苯酐，气体粗苯酐在切换冷凝器冷凝回收，再经预处理后送入精馏塔精馏，精馏系统除去低沸点和杂质，得到苯酐产品。工艺流程包括：氧化反应、冷凝回收、精馏、尾气处理。 工艺设计内容包括：工艺流程设计、物料衡算、能量衡算、精馏塔设计工艺计算和生产装置中其他设备的选择。 关键词：邻二甲苯催化氧化；苯酐；工艺流程设计 Process design of phthalic anhydride with an annual output of 50000 tons Major: Grade: Class: Student: Supervisor: Abstract The design goal is an annual output of 50,000 tons of benzene anhydride process flow. According to the current situation, there are two raw material routes of benzene anhydride in industrial production, namely naphthalene boiling bed oxidation method or fixed bed oxidation of naphthalene and adjacent xylene, and the adjacent method of benzene anhydride is mainly used in the world production of benzene anhydride oxidation technology. The design of phenyl anhydride production process is adjacent xylene as raw material, after vaporization and filtration, purified air after compression mixing into the fixed bed reactor catalytic oxidation to produce crude benzene anhydride, gas crude benzene anhydride in switching condenser condensate recovery, and then after pretreatment into the distillation column distillation, distillation system to remove low boiling point and impurities, get phenyl anhydride products. The process includes: oxidation reaction, condensation recovery, distillation, tail gas treatment. Process design content includes: process design, material calculation, energy calculation, distillation tower design process calculation and the selection of other equipment in the production devices.
