毕业设计 题目：10方/小时焦炉煤气络合铁脱硫液纳滤分盐工艺设计 姓名： 学号： 院系： 班级： 年 月 日 摘 要 本设计为10方/小时焦炉煤气络合铁纳滤分盐工艺，并结合国内外相关技术研究发展，进行了相关的对比与运用。本次对于脱硫废液处理设计选用纳滤膜分盐工艺法，其采用新型的络合铁催化剂应用于处理脱硫废液工艺中，综合膜分离技术争取从根源上消除焦化企业焦炉煤气中脱硫废液的产生，解决焦炉煤气净化高能高耗高污染的问题，为企业带来更高的环保和经济效益，促进化工行业的绿色清洁健康发展。 本文主要对焦炉煤气脱硫工艺技术以及脱硫废液进行基本介绍，脱硫废液它的物质组成不仅成分稳定，而且毒性、腐蚀性强，进行废液处理的难度大，属于化工的行业技术难题，因此对焦炉煤气废气排放在使用前必须进行脱硫处理。根据湿法脱硫技术的影响条件提出一定的优化，对焦化企业中脱硫废液的产生、废液的特性以及危害、当前已有焦化行业采用的主流脱硫液处理工艺方法进行了的叙述分析。并对相关工艺流程作出解释说明，计算基本的进出料的物料衡算、流程中物质的热量衡算，还进行了主要设备的设备选型计算以及车间布置图绘制，简述了三废处理方案，最后根据整个设计的非工艺部分的要求进行了相关的经济核算。 关键词：络合铁；焦炉煤气；脱硫；资源化；膜分离 ABSTRACT The design is a 10 square meters/per hour coke oven gas complex iron nanofiltration and salt separation process, and the relevant technology research and development at home and abroad, the relevant comparison and application.
