PAGE II 基于PLC的烟草企业自动化物流控制系统 Tobacco enterprise logistics automation control system based on PLC 专 业：电气工程及其自动化 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 申请学位级别：学士 论文提交日期： 2013年6月10日 论文提交日期：天津科技大学 PAGE I 摘要 随着经济的发展，科技的进步，人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对吸烟与健康问题更加重视，如何提高卷烟产品质量、降低卷烟焦油量、减少吸烟对身体健康的不良影响一直是烟草行业的重要研究内容。以现在国内外的情况看来，基于PLC的自动化物流控制系统对于烟草企业已经越来越重要。 其重要意义在于：1保证烟草企业产品的质量。2有助于研究烟草自然醇化的机理和性质。3可以有效地改善企业的生产效率和降低企业的管理难度和一些其他的运营成本，例如人力成本等等。4可以有效地提高生产的安全系数。 本研究是针对提高烟草烟草企业的物流控制系统在生产中可以带来的高生产效率。该控制系统分为：数据管理层、集中监控层、过程控制层和设备控制层。该控制系统还包括批次任务管理，集中监控，生产报表和统计，控制设备，保护电机甚至可以在危机是紧急断电，在线诊断，报警，变频控制等很多实用高效的功能。这些功能有利于烟草企业提高生产效率，降低企业的成本，使企业更具备市场竞争力。 该系统主控PLC与现场控制站采用分布式I/O结构进行现场通讯，现场控制站分别布置在相应的设备附近，通过星形网络拓扑结构连接工业交换机。现场控制层同时支持串口通讯的PROFIBUS和基于TCP/UDP的PROFINET协议，极大地扩展了系统的灵活性和可靠性，减少了现场电缆的敷设量，降低了建设成本。该系统的主要组成部分包括：储藏室和发酵库温湿度控制系统由：中央控制计算机、无线数据网、工业以太网、大屏显示器、无线ZIGBEE系统、无线检测器（温、湿度传感器）等部分组成。 关键词: PLC；物流控制系统；监控 ABSTRACT With the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to the problem of smoking and health, how to improve the quality of cigarette products, reducing cigarette tar, reduce the adverse effects of smoking on health has been an important part of the tobacco industry. To the present domestic and foreign situation, logistics automation control system based on PLC has been more and more important for the tobacco enterprises.
