奥美拉唑奥曲肽联合康复新液治疗急性上消化道出血的效果 · 奥美拉唑、奥曲肽联合康复新液治疗急性上消化道出血的效果· 　　[摘要]目的研究奧美拉唑、奥曲肽联合康复新液治疗急性上消化道出血的效果。方法选取2016年7月～2018年6月我院收治的100例急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各50例。研究组患者采用奥美拉唑、奥曲肽联合康复新液治疗，对照组患者单纯采用奥美拉唑治疗。评估两组患者的止血时间、住院时间、再出血率、止血总成功率、不良反应总发生率及治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者的止血时间[（19.52±5.73）h]与住院时间[（7.12±1.36）d]均短于对照组[（46.05±6.38）h，（13.17±1.62）d]，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）;研究组患者的治疗总有效率（98.00%）与止血总成功率（100.00%）均高于对照组（86.00%、90.00%），差异有统计学意义（p0.05）;研究组患者的不良反应总发生率（6.00%）与再出血率（4.00%）均低于对照组（20.00%、18.00%），差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论对急性上消化道出血患者采用奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽及康复新液治疗，能有效止血，缩短其住院时间，避免患者发生恶心呕吐等不良反应，降低再出血率，显著提高止血成功率，改善患者其预后效果且提高生活质量，安全性高，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词]奥美拉唑;奥曲肽;康复新液;急性上消化道出血;治疗效果 　　[中图分类号]r573.2[文献标识码]a[文章编号]1674-4721（2020）1（c）-0080-04 　　[abstract]objectivetostudytheeffectofomeprazoleandoctreotidecombinedwithkangfuxinsolutioninthetreatmentofacuteuppergastrointestinalbleeding.methodsatotalof100casesofacuteuppergastrointestinalbleedingtreatedinourhospitalfromjuly2016tojune2018wereselectedasthestudyobjects.theyweredividedintostudygroupandcontrolgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod，50casesineachgroup.patientsinthestudygroupweretreatedwithomeprazoleandoctreotidecombinedwithkangfuxinsolution，whilepatientsinthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithomeprazolealone.thehemostasistime，hospitalizationtime，rebleedingrate，totalsuccessrateofhemostasis，totalincidenceofadversereactionsandtotaleffectiverateoftreatmentwereevaluated.resultsthehemostasistime（[19.52±5.73]h）andhospitalizationtime（[7.12±1.36]d）inthestudygroupwerebothshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（[46.05±6.38]h，[13.17±1.62]d），withstatisticallysignificantdifferences（p0.05）.thetotaleffectiverate（98.00%）andthetotalsuccessrateofhemostasis（100.00%）inthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（86.00%，90.00%），withstatisticallysignificantdifferences（p0.05）.thetotalincidenceofadversereactions（6.00%）andtherebleedingrate（4.00%）inthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（20.00%，18.00%），withstatisticallysignificantdifferences（p0.05）.conclusionomeprazoleandoctreotid
