社区基本公共卫生服务中慢性病管理现状及对策分析 　　[摘要]目的评价基层社区卫生服务中心关于基本公共卫生服务慢性病管理的现状和相关的对策。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月该社区卫生服务中心管理的56例慢性病患者作为对照组，此阶段该社区公共卫生服务中心均通过常规的传统慢性病管理方法进行管理，另外选择2018年2月—2019年3月该社区卫生服务中心管理的另外56例慢性病患者作为观察组，此阶段为该社区卫生服务中心经过整顿以后采用新的慢性病管理手段进行管理阶段。对两组调查对象自觉体检状况、按时用药情况和满意度等相关情况进行统计比较。结果观察组自觉到医院进行体检的概率、遵醫嘱用药的比例、满意度的相关情况都明显比对照组更好，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论在基层社区卫生服务中心的基本公共卫生服务慢性病管理当中存在的问题相对较多，经过整顿和管理以后能够提高基层社区卫生服务中心的管理效率，对改善患者的治疗依从性和满意度等都具有重要意义。 　　[关键词]基层社区卫生服务中心;基本公共卫生服务;慢性病管理 　　[中图分类号]r7[文献标识码]a[文章编号]1672-5654（2019）12（c）-0145-03 　　[abstract]objectivetoevaluatethecurrentstatusofbasicpublichealthservicechronicdiseasemanagementandrelatedcountermeasuresinprimarycommunityhealthservicecenters.methodsfromjanuary2017tojanuary2018，56patientswithchronicdiseasesmanagedbyacommunityhealthservicecenterinthedistrictwereselectedasthecontrolgroupinthispaper.atthisstage，acommunitypublichealthservicecenterinthedistrictwasmanagedbyconventionaltraditionalchronicdiseasemanagementmethods.inaddition，fromfebruary2018tomarch2019，another56patientswithchronicdiseasesmanagedbythiscommunityhealthservicecenterwereselectedastheobservationgroup.thisstageisaperiodofmanagementinacommunityhealthservicecenterinourdistrictafterrectification.astatisticalcomparisonwasmadebetweenthetwogroupsofrespondentsontheirconsciousphysicalexaminationstatus，on-timemedicationuse，andsatisfaction.resultsthecorrelationbetweentheobservationgroupsconsciousnessofundergoingaphysicalexaminationinthehospital，theproportionofmedicationprescribedbythedoctor，andsatisfactionweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.conclusiontherearerelativelymanyproblemsinthemanagementofchronicdiseasesofbasicpublichealthservicesinbasiccommunityhealthservicecenters.afterrectificationandmanagement，themanagementefficiencyofbasiccommunityhealthservicecenterscanbeimproved，andpatientstreatmentcomplianceandsatisfactioncanbeimproved，whichisofgreatsignificance. 　　[keywords]grassrootscommunityhealthservicec
