HER2EGFRVEGFR在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 her2、egfr、vegfr在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 　　摘要：目的探討her2、egfr、vegfr在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取我院2013年4月～2018年3月胃印戒细胞癌组织55例，检测中的人类表皮生长因子受体2（her2）、表皮生长因子受体（egfr）和血管内皮生长因子（vegf-r）表达并分析其与胃印戒细胞癌临床特征的关系。结果胃印戒细胞癌组织中her2、egfr、vegfr的表达率分别为43.64%（24/55）、38.18%（21/55）和38.18%（21/55）。相关性分析显示，her2、egfr、vegfr表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及tnm分期有关（p0.05），与性别、年龄无关（p0.05）;her2、egfr、vegfr三者存在共表达现象，表达强度呈正相关。结论胃印戒细胞癌组织中her2、egfr、vegfr表达水平与胃印戒细胞癌组织恶性程度密切相关，通过对her2、egfr、vegfr三者表达水平的检测可能有助于降低胃印戒细胞癌术前的误诊率、为靶向her2、egfr、vegfr生物治疗制剂在胃印戒细胞癌生物治疗中的应用及联合应用提供了一定的理论依据。 　　关键词：胃印戒细胞癌;egfr;vegf;her2 　　中图分类号：r735.2文献标识码：adoi：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2020.06.025 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2020）06-0087-03 　　abstract：objectivetoinvestigatetheexpressionofher2，egfrandvegfringastricsignetringcellcarcinomaanditsclinicalsignificance.methods55casesofgastricsignetringcellcarcinomatissuesfromapril2013tomarch2018inourhospitalwereselected.theexpressionsofhumanepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor2（her2），epidermalgrowthfactorreceptor（egfr）andvascularendothelialgrowthfactor（vegf-r）inthetestwereanalyzedandtheirrelationshipwithclinicalfeaturesofgastricsignetringcellcarcinomawasanalyzed.resultstheexpressionratesofher2，egfr，andvegfringastricsignetringcellcarcinomatissueswere43.64%（24/55），38.18%（21/55），and38.18%（21/55）.correlationanalysisshowedthattheexpressionsofher2，egfr，andvegfrwererelatedtothedepthofinvasion，lymphnodemetastasis，andtnmstage（p0.05），andwerenotrelatedtogenderandage（p0.05）;co-expressionofher2，egfr，andvegfrexisted，andtheexpressionintensitywaspositivelycorrelated.conclusiontheexpressionlevelsofher2，egfr，andvegfringastricsignetringcellcarcinomatissuesarecloselyrelatedtothemalignantdegreeofgastricsignetringcellcarcinomatissues.detectionoftheexpressionlevelsofher2，egfr，andvegfrmayhelpreducegastricsignetringcellcarcinoma.thepreoperativemisdiagnosisrateprovidedacertaintheoreticalbasisfortheapplicationandcombinationoftargetedher2，egfr，andvegfrbiotherapeuticsinthebiologicaltreatmentofsignetringcellcarcinoma.
