3 重庆375线路运行排班优化方案设计 摘 要 随着我国经济的高速发展，城市道路建设速度已跟不上交通流量的增长，导致城市的交通堵塞情况越来越严 重，出现了出行者与公交公司供需矛盾的问题，重庆就是其中之一。375运行线路多个站点分布于南滨路，承担着南 滨路附近的主要客流，时常发生拥堵的情况。如何合理的解决此类问题， 提高公共交通资源的利用效率、改善公交 系统的服务水平，在满足乘客需求的同时，提高公交运营的效率是本文的研究方向。 本文根据375线路公交车辆排班和遗传算法的特点，兼顾到乘客和公交公司的利益，建立了一种基于遗传算法的 公交排班问题模型，以求解行车时刻表。该模型以乘客等车时间成本最小和公共交通公司的成本支出最小为优化目 标，考虑了将发车间隔和两个相邻的发车间隔之差进行限制，对乘客的满载率等进行约束，利用遗传算法进行求 解，并进行了仿真实验，得到发车频率图，求得发车时刻表，最后运用该发车时刻表进行了排班。结果表明，提出 的问题模型和求解方法是有效的，遗传算法能够在公交排班优化问题中找到近似最优解，有效解决供需矛盾问题， 减少乘客的等车时间和提高车辆运营效率。 关键词：公交排班；行车时刻表；遗传算法 Design of Scheduling Optimization Scheme for Chongqing 375 Line Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy，the speed of urban road construction has been unable to keep up with the growth of traffic flow，resulting in more and more serious traffic jams in cities，and the contradiction between supply and demand between travelers and bus companies， among which Chongqing is one。Many stations of 375 running line are distributed in Nanbin Road， which bears the main passenger flow near Nanbin Road，and congestion often occurs。How to solve such problems reasonably，improve the utilization efficiency of public transportation resources，improve the service level of public transportation system，and improve the efficiency of public transportation operation while meeting passenger demand is the research direction of this paper. According to the characteristics of bus scheduling on Line 375 and genetic algorithm，taking into account the interests of passengers and bus companies，this paper establishes a bus scheduling problem model based on genetic algorithm to solve the driving schedule.
