2 重庆进近管制空域运行方式优化 江 摘 要 航空器运行由多个阶段和部分组成,其中航空器进场是其重要组成部分之一,故航空器的安全进场也成了我们 所要关注的主要问题之一。在民航业高速发展的今天,每个机场的航班架次都在不断增加,本机场的终端区密度也 在不断增大,空域资源也日益紧张,如何在运行压力日渐增大的同时保证安全和运行效率也成了我们的突出问题。 在此基础上,科研人员通过理论推演跟实际实验操作, 提出了结合精密导航技术的融合点进近系统。 本文在对国外现有融合点技术研究成果进行总结归纳的前提之下,分析了该系统的构型和运行特性,并且将传 统进近模式的利与弊一一列举, 再将二者进行比较,其结果表明该系统具有显著卓越的优势,特别是在终端区交通 流量较大的情况之下,该系统有效地改善了在运用传统雷达引导方式下存在的频道占用和管制员工作负荷过高等问 题。结合该系统在上海浦东应用的具体情况案例,以及国内的飞行程序设计标准和管制间隔要求,讨论该系统在重 庆进近管制空域应用的可行性并结合重庆江北机场实际空域情况,结合机场导航定位点和国外融合点系统参数设计 值确定系统相关仿真参数,对重庆江北机场进行仿真融合点系统的设计,并进行了计算分析,从下降梯度、静态评 估和管制员负荷三方面对其进行评估,其中通过 DORATASK 公式评估若减轻管制员工作负荷是否超出了标准。 关键词:进近管制空域优化;融合点系统;飞行程序设计;DORATASK 方法 OPTIMIZATION OF AIRSPACE OPERATION MODE OF CHONGQING APPROACH CONTROL Student: Huang XiaomanInstructs teacher: Yuan Jiang Abstract Aircraft operation consists of many stages and parts, of which aircraft approach is one of the important parts, so the safe approach of aircraft has become one of the main issues we should pay attention to. Today, with the rapid development of civil aviation industry, the number of flights in each airport is increasing, the terminal area density of the airport is also increasing, and the airspace resources are increasingly tense. How to ensure the safety and operation efficiency while the operation pressure is increasing has become a prominent problem. On this basis, the researchers put forward a fusion point approach system combined with precision navigation technology through theoretical deduction and actual experimental operation. On the premise of summarizing the existing research results of fusion point technology abroad, this paper analyzes the configuration and operation characteristics of the system, lists the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional approach mode one by one, and then compares them.
