Profit on credit sales
There will never be a time when a product becomes the emperors daughter, even if the product is the number one brand in the industry. Therefore, many small and medium-sized enterprise owners, especially the weak brands, when others do not sell on credit, their customers will go to their competitors in the anxiety and pressure, to engage in credit sales, laying the foundation. Because credit sales will promote sales to some extent:
First, develop customers
Credit sales help enterprises to develop more customers, especially weak brands and new enterprises to start the market as soon as possible, seize the sales base. Clients are naturally willing to cooperate because there is no financial pressure and no operational risk. For those who are temporarily in financial difficulties, credit sales are undoubtedly a strong temptation;
Second, improve competitiveness
Credit selling can improve the channel competitiveness of enterprises (sellers) to a certain extent. An enterprise that adopts credit selling strategy obviously has stronger customer competitiveness than an enterprise without credit selling strategy.
Third, increase sales.
Credit sales can help increase sales, because customers are not limited by money, they will buy more goods, which helps enterprises and sales managers reach sales targets.
Fourth, develop big customers.
Credit sales are conducive to the development of large customers, because large customer stores bully customers, require a longer account period, generally do not do cash business;
