整体设计思路
This reading articles are about Janes vacation , two diaries which is familiar to the Ss from Grade 8 who have learned English for several years and just have spent their summer vacation. At the beginning of this class, T will arouse Ss’ interest to share their vacation, and then tell them Jane spent her vacation on Malaysia and see . Then with several reading tasks,T will guide Ss to explore what happened to Jane and her feelings about the scenery. This is to help them to learn something about tourism and practise how to record their daily life . By the end of this class, Ss will be able to describe their vacation and write a dairy with the knowledge learned in this reading.
教学目标
By the end of this class, Ss will be able to:
obtain information about vacation;
analyze how Jane felt about the vacation according to her dairies;
broaden Sss horizons, learn about how to share their vacation with others and describe the landscape .
教学重难点
Improve Ss’ ability to use English to talk about their vacation and their feelings;
lead Ss to list the sequence of Janes vacation and Guide Ss to write their own experience of this summer vacation.
