PAGE 颐和家园项目施工质量管理研究 中 文 摘 要 施工质量管理一直是建筑工程质量管理问题中一个十分重要话题。如今建筑工程施工规模不断扩大，工序也日趋复杂，在施工过程中影响施工质量的因素复杂繁多，施工质量问题一旦出现，轻则产生经济损失，重则严重损害人们的人身财产安全，对企业和社会都会造成严重的消极影响。所以应当对施工质量管理引起重视，根据实际情况，分析影响施工质量的因素，并制定相应的解决措施，解决项目中出现的质量管理问题。 本文根据颐和家园项目作为分析案例，综合运用建筑工程项目施工质量管理的理论，详细论述工程施工质量管理的内容与特点，影响施工质量管理的主要因素，建筑工程施工质量基本管理办法，指出工程项目的问题，解决方案，并针对性地提出相应的对策和建议，结合项目的施工流程，在对建筑工程质量的要求越来越高的今天，强调在应重视施工阶段的质量管理，研究普遍存在的质量问题，为建筑工程项目的实践提供借鉴。 关键词：施工质量管理；影响因素；分析与对策 PAGE 18 Research on construction quality Management of Yihe Home Project ABSTRACT Construction quality management has always been a very important topic in the construction engineering quality management problem. Nowadays, the construction scale of construction projects is expanding, the process is increasingly complex, in the construction process affecting the construction quality factors are complex, construction quality problems once appear, light will produce economic losses, serious damage to peoples personal and property safety, will cause a serious negative impact on enterprises and society. Therefore, attention should be paid to the construction quality management, according to the actual situation, analyze the construction quality of the factors, and formulate the corresponding solution measures, to solve the quality management problems in the project. According to the project as a case, comprehensively using the theory of construction quality management, the content and characteristics of engineering construction quality management, the main factors affecting construction quality management, the basic management method of construction quality, points out the project problems, solutions, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, combined with the construction process of the project, in the construction quality management, study the common quality problems, provide reference for the practice of construction projects.
