PAGE 混龄班集体教学活动中教师回应行为的观察研究 中 文 摘 要 集体教学活动是幼儿园进行教育活动的主要形式之一。对于不同年龄段的幼儿，教师在集体教学活动中根据其阶段性发展特点做出良好回应行为，能激发幼儿参与活动的欲望，提高集体教学活动的质量，同时对良好师幼关系的形成也有积极影响。本研究对重庆市Y你是在重庆市工作嘛？幼儿混龄班集体教学活动中教师的回应行为进行观察研究，发现活动中教师回应行为存在诸如回应方式单一、指令性回应较多等问题。结合教师访谈，笔者针对存在的问题展开原因分析并提出相对应的教育建议，旨在提高集体教学活动质量，提升教师专业能力。 你是在重庆市工作嘛？ 关键词：混龄班；集体教学活动；教师回应行为 Observation of teacher response behavior in collective teaching activities ABSTRACT Collective teaching activities are one of the main forms of educational activities in kindergartens. For children of different ages, teachers can make good responses according to their phased development characteristics in the collective teaching activities, which can stimulate the childrens desire to participate in the activities, improve the quality of the collective teaching activities, and also have a positive impact on the formation of a good teacher-child relationship. This study observed the response behavior of teachers in the collective teaching activities of the mixed-age class of Y children in Chongqing, and found that there were some problems in the activities, such as a single response mode and more directive response. Combined with the teacher interviews, the author analyzed the causes of the existing problems and put forward the corresponding educational suggestions, aiming to improve the quality of collective teaching activities and enhance the teachers professional ability.
