PAGE PAGE II 不同香蕉汁浓度对曲茎石斛组培转接苗的影响 [摘 要]目的：本试验以曲茎石斛分化小苗为材料，研究比较不同浓度香蕉汁配制的培养基对曲茎石斛组培转接苗生长的影响。方法：在无菌的条件下，将曲茎石斛苗置于不同香蕉汁浓度配制的培养基内，观察其株高、根系、苗壮、颜色各指标情况，并对各指标评分，以获得最适香蕉汁浓度。结果：不同香蕉汁浓度对曲茎石斛转接苗的影响不同，其中最适香蕉汁浓度为100g/L。结论：适量香蕉汁对曲茎石斛组培苗的根系生长有促进作用，但浓度过高会起到抑制作用。 [关键词]曲茎石斛；培养基；香蕉汁浓度 ??
