本科论文 摘 要 利率市场化改革一直是我国经济改革的重要内容。自进行利率市场化改革以来，我 国取得了很好的成绩，现已基本完成利率市场化。十九大召开之后，我国经济进入新时 代，利率市场化改革仍在加速推进，会长远影响金融市场。而商业银行作为市场的直接 参与者，意味着商业银行的进入一个加速改革创新的时代，将面临许多的挑战和机遇。 本文首先对我国利率市场化的进程与意义分析，其次对我国商业银行因利率市场化而产 生的影响进行研究，最后，结合上文的分析，提出在利率市场化下我国商业银行经营模 式转型的对策。 关键词：利率市场化，商业银行，业务模式，存贷利差 本科论文 Abstract Interest rate liberalization means that financial institutions are not controlled by the government when conducting business activities.Interest rates are determines by market supply and demand.Market-oriented interest rate reform has always been the important content of economic reform in China.Since the reform of interest rate liberalization,our country has made good achievements and has basically completed interest rate liberalization.After the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,China’s economy has entered a new era,and the reform of interest rate liberalization is still accelerating,which will bring huge impact on the financial market.Similarly,as a direct participant in the market,commercial Banks have entered a new era,which means that they will face many challenges and opportunities.This paper first analyzes the process and significance of China’s interest rate liberalization.Then the paper studies the influence of interest rate liberalization on China’s commercial Banks.Finally,this paper suggests that countermeasures of commercial bank business transformation.
