题 目： 华北制药公司财务风险与防范策略分析 姓 名： 霍浩伟 摘 要 企业财务是企业发展的关键因素，企业财务管理状况关系着企业能否正常运营和 实现长远发展。企业通过制定相关的风险管理预警机制和财务风险应急解决方案，通 过完备的财务风险管理制度和配套设施，尽量将财务风险控制在企业能够承受的范围 之内，合理调配资金管理，保持企业正常经营发展态势。 本文采用三种方法：文献调研方法、比较研究法、指数趋势分析法对华北制药的 财务风险进行分析。并主要针对筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险这三类风险进行分析。 在分析过后，通过财务指标找到问题所在，然后对财务指标的主要内容进行分析，找 到主要问题，最后对此进行分析，从而解决华北制药公司的财务风险问题，并得出结论。 关键词：筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险、华北制药公司 I ABSTRACT Corporate finance is the lifeblood of enterprise, the enterprise financial situation is good or bad will directly affect the enterprises survival and development, in a timely manner to u nderstand the nature of the risk and risk accident may cause the loss of consequences, and on the basis of the formulation and implementation of their most effective risk management tec hniques, try to avoid the adverse consequences, reduce losses, maintain the normal business activities. This paper adopts three methods: literature research, comparative study and index trend analysis to analyze the financial risk of huabei pharmaceutical. This paper mainly analyzes the financial risk of north China pharmaceutical company, including financing risk, investment risk and operation risk. After the analysis, find the problem through the financial indicators, and then analyze the main content of the financial indicators to find the main problem. After finding out the main causes of the major problems, this paper finally analyzes them, so as to solve the financial risk problem of north China pharmaceutical company and effectively prevent it.
