本 科 毕 业 论 文 （设 计） 论文题目：轴箱镗组合机床的PLC 控制系统设计 摘 要 轴箱镗组合机床是加工机车轴箱端面的专用机床，轴箱镗是一种精密加工机床，加 工步骤可以一次加工完毕。由于电气自动化控制在多个领域越来越普及，所以基于轴箱 镗组合机床的PLC 可控制编程器的设计就有了现实的意义。 首先进行文献的收集和在中国大学慕课中学习电气图和接线图的绘图规范以及 PLC 实 际编程时的规范与注意事项，为之后的设计奠定基础。其次在理解电气图的情况下，用 CAD 进行主电路和控制电路图的绘制。接着进行硬件的设计，包括PLC 的选型、地址 分配表、接线图。根据输入端子和输出端子的数量进行PLC 的选型并绘制接线图。接着 使用developer 软件进行PLC 的编程，在软件设计中需要考虑到继电器线路可使用，梯 形图不能使用的情况。最后使用GX simulator 软件进行仿真模拟，模拟PLC 的运行调 试。 本文就根据PLC 的优点对机床进行了技术改造和升级，机床的主电路不变，将继电 器的电气图进行设计。其意义在于 PLC 自动化控制的应用管理，将提高实际的工作效 率，减少了各个资源的浪费。 关键词：组合机床；自动化控制系统；PLC 论文类型：工程设计 Abstract The axle box combined machine tool is a special machine tool for processing the end face of the axle box of the locomotive.
