PAGE 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 中国邮政快递(EMS)的发展现状与对策研究 PAGE IV 中国邮政快递（EMS）的发展现状与对策研究 摘 要：随着中国经济的快速发展，中国快递业发展迅猛。中国邮政（EMS）作为国有企业有着自身经营的独特优势和资源，如遍布城乡的网络覆盖范围和庞大的投递队伍；实力雄厚的大企业形象；便利的绿卡金融网等。但是也存在着体制不顺、政企不分，市场观念淡薄，服务意识和品牌意识缺乏，服务价格较高并且缺少灵活性等方面的不足之处。随着中国邮政市场的对外开放，跨国物流企业纷纷登录中国，凭借其雄厚的物质基础，先进的管理经验和技术，抢占了我国国际快递市场和部分国内快递市场，而且还在迅速扩张。同时，民营快递如雨后春笋般突起，其较低的定价和便捷的服务使其行业规模和市场份额日渐增大，成功抢占了部分国内同城快递市场。这些都给EMS的发展带来了挑战。在和国外外资快递巨头、民营快递公司的抗衡中，我国邮政快递EMS应当如何克服不足，发挥比较优势继续经营？为此，文章在分析中外快递的发展以及EMS现状的情况下，为EMS的发展提出了建议与对策，以便快递业更好的发展。 关键词：邮政EMS；竞争；问题；对策 Chinas postal express (EMS Abstract: With Chinas rapid economic development, Chinas express industry is developing rapidly. China Post (EMS) business as a state-owned enterprises have their own unique strengths and resources, such as network coverage across urban and rural areas and a large delivery team; the strength of large corporate image; convenience green card and other financial networks. But there are also system that is not, witch hunt, market a sense of service and lack of brand awareness, higher prices and the lack of flexibility in service areas such as inadequate. With China opening up the postal market, multinational logistics enterprises have logged in China, with its strong material base, advanced management experience and technology, to seize the international express delivery market in China and part of the domestic express delivery market, but also in rapid expansion. Meanwhile, the private courier mushroomed processes, its lower pricing and convenient services to industry, an increasing scale and market share, successfully seize the city of some domestic express delivery market.
