摘　要 对外直接投资作为经济全球化的产物，对我国经济发展发挥着巨大的作用。数据 析表明对外直接投资成果显著，对外直接投资流量连年上升，已经跃居到全球前三位， 投资国涉及 188 个国家或地区，多达 19 个行业，我国实施不同的措施为其保驾护航， 数据显示其对我国经济增长的提升也发挥着重要的作用。通过构建模型进行实证分析检 验发现，我国对外直接投资对经济增长存在正向的促进作用，对外直接投资转移过剩产 能，促进资源优化配置，国内技术水平提高，带动产业结构优化升级。投资国与东道国 实现了互利共赢。当然，对外直接投资依旧存在更多发展空间，基于现状，本文有针对 性的提出了相应的对策建议来更好地发挥对外直接投资的作用。 关键词：对外直接投资，促进作用，对策建议 Abstract With the develop of economic globalization, OFDI plays a vital role in Chinas economic development. Data analysis shows that the outward foreign direct investment make great achievements these days, outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) flows in successive rise, has leapt to the global top three, investor involving 188 countries or regions, as many as 19 industry, our country implement different measures for the escort, data showed that its economic growth in China also play an important role in the ascension. Through the method of empirical analysis and test of the model, it is found that Chinas OFDI has a positive promoting effect on economic growth. OFDI transfers excess production capacity, promotes the optimal allocation of resources, improves domestic technological level, and drives the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. The investment country and the host country achieved mutual benefit and win-win situation. Of course, OFDI although has more chance to develop. On account of the present situation, this paper puts forward the corresponding Investment advice and Development policy to make OFDI better promote Chinas economic development.
