基坑支护毕业设计7 2008届岩土工程方向毕业设计说明书 邯郸市康奈大厦基坑支护设计( 专 业:土木工程 姓 名:马 煜 指导教师:吴 雄 志 河北工程大学土木工程学院 5.75m) 河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2008年 摘要 康奈大厦位于邯郸市陵园路北侧，西临邯山南大街，建筑面积22849m，地上24层，地下 1层，框架剪力墙结构。该工程基础埋深5m，实际基坑开挖深度为5.75m，根据场地的土 层条件及邯郸市类似基坑工程的经验，为保证基坑的稳定性及尽量节省投资，经方案比选， 拟采用土钉墙技术及排桩+锚杆(北侧)对该基坑进行支护。 通过对拟建场地的工程地质条件分析，本工程存周围建筑物较多，北侧距离邯山区实验小 学只有3.14米，工程土质不稳需采用排桩支护。南侧和其他侧面距离重要建筑物较远，均 采用土钉墙支护。 在本次基坑支护设计过程中，先后分析了3种方案:1.悬臂桩支护; 3.土钉墙支护;3.单 支点排桩支护。对于悬臂桩支护方案，通过计算，桩长需要21.5m，桩体所承受的最大弯距 很大，很不合理;土钉墙支护形式适合于较浅基坑，宜采用;通过对单支点排桩和悬臂桩两 种支护方案的比较，考虑到降低成本，最终决定采用单支点排桩支护，土钉墙支护， 关键词:基坑支护 土钉墙 排桩 锚杆 2 Abstract The Kang Nai building locates in north side of Ling Yuan road of Han Dan city, and west side of Han Shan South Avenue. It covers an area of 22.849m2 with on the ground is twenty-four layer and underground is one layer. the framework of shear wall structure. The works are based on depth of 5 m, the actual excavation depth of 5.75 m. according to the site and soil conditions similar excavation works experience of Handan City, to ensure the stability of the pit and save investment as much as possible. To be adopted soil nailing walls and piles + bolt row (north) to support the excavation. Through analyzing for the engineering geological conditions of this project, there are many building around this project. north side distance Han Shan experiment primary school have only 3.14 meters, the instability of soil to be used row pile maintenance. The south side and other distance important buildings from further away to be used soil nail wall support. In the pit supporting the design process, there has analyzed three types of scheme one after another: 1. Cantilever pile support; 2. Soil nail wall support, 3. Pile-ranked single-Fulcrum care. The cantilever piles supporting need the length of 21.5 m, so it is unreasonable .Soil nail wall support to be used for shallow pit.
