6 海信家电集团股份有限公司股利分配政策分析 摘要 海信家电集团股份有限公司作为一家规模较大的全球性企业，公司的股利分配政策的合理与否是评判企业是否适合 长期发展的标准之一，也是公司的经营状况的评判标准之一。主要通过股利分配政策的类型进行反映海信家电 集团股份有限公司的股利分配政策的合理与否。 本文首先通过对该海信家电集团股份有限公司的财务报表进行分析，结合一系列的财务分析指标，运用比较股 利支付率的方法，分析出该公司的股利分配政策。然后根据股利分配政策的变化来之前找出该公司自身存在的问 题，股利分配政策波动大，股利支付形式单一，股利支付率偏低，股权分配不合理。最后得出企业完善股利分配政 策的结论，制定出优化股利支付形式和股权结构以及拓宽公司融资渠道。 关键词：股利分配政策股利支付率海信家电 Analysis on Dividend Distribution Policy of Hisense Home Appliance Group Co.,Ltd Abstract Hisense Home Appliance Group Co.,Ltd.,as a large global enterprise, the reasonableness of the companys dividend distribution policy is one of the criteria for judging the suitability of the company for long-term development,as well as its operating conditions. It mainly reflects whether the dividend distribution policy of Hisense Home Appliance Group Co.,Ltd. is reasonable or not through the type of dividend distribution policy. This paper first analyses the dividend distribution policy of Hisense Home Appliances Group Co. by analyzing the financial statements of the company,combining a series of financial analysis indicators and applying the comparative dividend payout ratio method.
