摘 要 随着时代的发展，国与国之间的竞争愈加激烈，国家间不仅存在着军事、政 等方面的竞争，教育、人才等方面的“软实力”的比拼也越发突出。我们要清 醒地意识到，文化是一个民族立足于世界之林的根基，始终要把“科教兴国” 作为我国发展的一项重要战略。教师尤其是班主任作为教师队伍中的一个特殊 群体，他们专业素养的高低程度，更值得我们关注与研究。本篇文章从班主任 应具备的专业道德、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意四个方面出发，总结分析 了我国小学班主任专业素养的现状，通过问卷调查的方式，我们得出，目前国 内小学班主任及师范生对班主任这一岗位的认同感不是很高，并且对小学班主 任专业素养的完成程度也有待提高。所以，有关小学班主任专业素养的调查研 究一方面对他们的工作提供理论基础和实践经验，另一方面对于促进小学班主 任专业素养的发展具有十分重要的意义。 关键词：小学班主任；专业素养 Abstract With the development of the times, the competition between countries is becoming more and more intense, and there is not only the competition of soft power in military, political and other aspects of competition, education and talent. We must be soberly aware that culture is a nation based on the foundation of the worlds forest, always should science and education as an important strategy for the development of our country. Teachers, especially the class teacher as a special team of teachers, their professional level of high and low, more worthy of our attention and research. This article from the class teacher should have the professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional feelings of four aspects, summed up the analysis of the status of primary school teachers in the professional status quo, through the questionnaire survey, we concluded that the current primary school class teacher and Normal students on the class teacher of this position is not very high sense of identity, and the primary school teacher in the degree of completion of professional quality to be improved.
