川外大学生饮品市场满意度调查报告 摘要: 自2009年中国实施了刺激消费和扩大内需的措施以来,我国居民消费价 格指数持续上涨。近几年,饮品市场成为了消费新热点,商家们借势加大新品 研发力度,新口味新品牌不断涌现。大学生是各类饮品的主要消费群体之一, 准确掌握其喜好关乎商家们的未来发展。 本报告主要以川外大学生为调查对象,通过信息采集、问卷调查、数据分 析等方法,全面了解川外大学生对于当下饮品类型、口味、价格、包装等方面 的意见与期许,对于当前饮品安全的重视程度,以及对于各种营销方式的偏好 ,以期给予饮品行业的现有生产商与想要进军饮品行业的潜在生产商针对性的 建议。 关键词:饮品市场;大学生;消费者满意度;新型饮品 i A Report of Survey on Satisfaction about Beverage Market of College Students in SISU Abstract Since China launched the strategies of stimulating consumption and expanding domestic demand in 2009, the Resident’s Consumption Index shows a straight upwards. In recent years, beverage industry has become a consumption hot spot. Thus, manufacturers are taking the opportunity to step up research and development of new products, and new flavors and brands are competing to emerge. College students are one of the chief consumer groups. Whether manufactures can accurately grasp their preferences is closely associated with their future development. The report aims at college students in Sichuan International Studies University (SISU). Throughout information collection, questionnaire distribution and data analysis, it tries to analyze their ideas and expectations on beverage types, textures, prices and packages, the attention degree of beverage safety and their preferences for various ways of marketing, and finally gives some corresponding suggestions for existing manufacturers and potential manufacturers.
