The number of listed companies is becoming more and more and encouraged to participate in the stock market also gradually increased, the number of the social public to pay more attention to its stakeholders the timeliness and authenticity of the financial information. The good and bad are intermingled of listed companies in the securities market, the listed company financial fraud problems appeared in the major economic news, financial fraud and greatly reduces the efficiency of securities market operation mechanism.
