中国人寿西安分公司经开营业部招聘面试方案设计研究 摘要:人才是企业的核心竞争力,同时也是企业之间竞争的核心。企业要招募优秀人才, 首先应有良好的人力资源管理能力和员工招聘面试体系,员工招聘面试体系对于企业发 展其有重要的战略意义。公司作为保险行业的龙头,尽管在多年的发展中取得了较大成 就,跻身全国保险公司前列列,但在员工招聘面试体系中仍存在诸多不足。因此,如何 对员工招聘体系进行优化,提高公司招聘效率,就 成为公司亟待解决的重大问题。本文通过对中国人寿西安分公司经开营业部招聘面试流 程的研究,提出了招聘面试管理系统的设计方案。 本文依据员工招聘体系理论及相关研究文献,对公司的员工招聘体系进行优化。在 深入研究公司员工招聘体系现状的基础上,本文认为公司的员工招聘体系存在招聘组织 尚不完善、招聘计划不太成熟、招聘渠道不够广泛、甄选方法有待规范、录用跟踪有待 加强、招聘评估不够系统等问题。这些问题的存在,不仅增加了公司的员工招聘成本, 而且影响了公司的长远发展。针对公司员工招聘体系的现状和存在的问题,本文提出了 公司招聘体系优化的主要内容包括:优化招聘组织、强化招聘计划,拓展招聘渠道、加 大宣传力度,丰富甄选工具、规范甄选方法,强化录用跟踪、重视考核测评,完善招聘 评估、提升招聘效率。 关键词:人力资源; 招聘面试; 方案设计; A study on the design of the recruitment interview program of Xian branch of China Life Insurance Company Abstract: talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also the core of the competition between enterprises.
